We stand behind the beauty and integrity of every hide we offer. Each Courohides piece is hand-selected for its exceptional quality — but if your selection isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and respectful of your time.
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The hide must be returned in its original, pristine condition — unused, unaltered, with all tags attached, and carefully repackaged.

To ensure a seamless return experience, contact our Client Services team to initiate the process.
Return Process

Contact us at courohides@gmail.com or fill out the form on our Returns/Refunds/Exchange page to request a return authorization.

Repack your hide with care using the original packaging or equivalent protection.

Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their unique nature and high level of curation, the following are final sale:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery

Clearance or promotional sale items (unless otherwise noted)
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.
