Availability & Processing Most of our luxurious hides are in stock and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in pristine condition — just as nature intended.
In-Stock Orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing (excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays). Once fulfilled, your tracking information will be emailed directly to you. Order Confirmations: If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our Client Services. Tracking Updates: You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 72 hours, let us know.
Pre-Orders & Backorders Certain hides are available for pre-order or may temporarily be on backorder due to high demand. Pre-Ordered Items: These will ship the moment they arrive in our warehouse. You’ll be notified of their estimated arrival by email or phone. Backordered Items: If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly. You may choose to wait, accept an alternative, or cancel for a full refund. Items shipped separately may incur additional shipping fees.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer fast and secure shipping throughout the U.S. Domestic (USA): Free Shipping on orders over $199 USD Standard Shipping: $12.99 USD (for orders under $199) Estimated Delivery: 1–5 business days Note: Discounts may affect the subtotal and impact free shipping eligibility.
Shipping Terms & Special Circumstances Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We do not include signature confirmation unless specifically requested. Incorrect addresses or re-routed packages may incur a $15 rerouting fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Shipping is non-refundable. Return to Sender If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, non-delivery, or customer absence, it will not be refunded unless requested. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you immediately if your order is returned.
